This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 4th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 14th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

  We arrived a day earlier and stayed in a different room, 0421 which was a little more dated, that night but wouldn't recommend having to change rooms. We were able to use the facilities but we are a family of 6, so taking turns changing without showers, coming from the beach before we went somewhere to wait on our room to be cleaned was a bit of a hassle. Not the companies fault at all though. They had our room finished by 2:30 and we had a good location. Being on the fourth floor was handy when the elevator was taking a long time to return. When we arrived we noticed there was not a broom, dustpan or vacuum. We emailed the company and someone dropped off a broom and dustpan that evening. Wish we had asked for a mop as well the floors looked clean but left feet dirty. We had plenty of towels and loved having the washer and dryer for our family of 6, although the capacity was a little smaller than I'm used to. Altogether we had a great stay and would do it again.
