This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 4th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 14th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.   Easily reserved rental room through The Summit's concierge services. No problems at all. We arrived a day early and they allowed us to rent a different room, use the pool and things until our room was ready to be moved into. I would recommend making sure you arrive the day you are supposed to LOL we changed in the bathrooms near the pools and went to eat to kill time after going to the beach a while. They had our room finished and ready early for us to move in. We had Plenty of towels and accomodations were what we needed. As a family of 6, Absolutely love having the washer and dryer although they were somewhat smaller capacity. Mentioned in an email the first night we were in the room that we didn't have a broom, dustpan or vacuum and someone dropped a broom and dustpan off later that evening. Wish we had asked for a mop, the floors didn't look dirty but feet were black after a few minutes walking on them. We like staying on the 4th floor as the elevator was well used and sometimes had to wait on it. Stairs were do able if had to wait too long. Overall, it was a great stay. We will probably stay there again.
