This well-maintained Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 5th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This updated 5th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and separate bunk area and bedroom make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.   Our condo unit #520 was very dated but clean. The king-sized bed in the bedroom was as old as the building and very, very uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked great, it stayed nice and cool in the condo. The shower had excellent water pressure but there was mold on the ceiling and shower walls. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for your use to cook and eat with. The washer and dryer are fairly new and worked great. The couch and love seat were comfortable but old and dirty, we covered them with a sheet to sit on them. The location of the Summit is perfect. It's close to everything and nestled in a perfect location ocean front. The pools are very nice but they close at 7pm. The worst part of the entire stay was the elevators. The elevators are so slow for the influx of people staying at the Summit. You will have to wait anywhere from 11 to 32 minutes to use the elevators. The elevator situation is absolutely horrible. We did walk the steps down each time due to the horrible wait for elevators. I have very bad asthma and could not walk up the steps in the heat so we had to wait for an elevator. Waiting for an elevator so long was the worst part of our amazing vacation. The Summit has a lot of potential, I just think it needs some extra TLC.

  The unit at the Summit was just okay. Somewhat dated but good enough....especially for the price and it was a last minute high school spring break trip.
