This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 1st floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained first floor unit offers a convenient ground floor access and patio just steps from the outdoor hot tubs & BBQ grills. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

Payment Schedule: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Over all great stay. A few things I would like to add. The shower needs a longer shower curtain. The floor got wet every time we showered. It would be great to have locks on the bathroom doors. Having teens we really needs locks. Mattress was hard, but my husband loved it.
We loved being on the bottom floor. Great location. Pool and Binki bobs was awesome. We will stay again.

We had a blast however the pool closed at 8p nightly so the kids were extremely upset by this. Bed in master bedroom is in major need of a new mattress. Other than these issues, everything was fine.
