This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located at the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.

  I stayed here for spring break with five of my friends and it was so much fun. The rental was relatively cheap for 6 people which was super nice and we all loved the beach view and how close we were to the ocean. the pools were super nice and bikini bob’s was our favorite place to eat during the day! The staff was super nice and The Summit is in a super good location with a lot to do around it. The room was a little older but for how cheap it was and the view I would stay there again!

  This review concerns JUST THE CONDO that we rented..we were very satisfied with the property grounds as a whole. We called the agency responsible for the condo & gave a list of SEVERAL issues that we found: bedroom & closet door would not stay open because the hinges were not screwed in properly, we considered the furnace closet a hazard as it was full of heavy dust/dirt, the kitchen counter backslash is delamiteing, the kitchen counter appeared to have burn marks that had been sanded smooth, sliding door screen needs bottom repaired, the couch could use an updating, as could the master bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, we had to constantly re-enter the main door lock code before we could get it to open. We would recommend The Summit for it's view, location, & amenities.
