Our well-appointed 1-bedroom Summit Beach Resort condominiums are located throughout the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. These well-maintained units offer amazing gulf views (balcony closed, but great view), a full size kitchen with all cookware, dishware and glassware, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds recessed in an alcove in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, amazing indoor gym with new equipment, 1 heated pool, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 4 property armbands.
**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through April 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will re-accommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**
