The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. These well-maintained units offer amazing gulf views from the beachfront balconies, a full size kitchen with all cookware, dishware and glassware, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds recessed in an alcove in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, amazing indoor gym with new equipment, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 4 property armbands.
