The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. These well-maintained units offer amazing gulf views & sunsets from the 32 foot long beachfront balconies. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom offers two king size beds with private bathroom, and the third bedroom offers two queen size beds, plus there is another full bathroom located in the hallway. The living room also provides a queen size sofa sleeper, to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym with new & excellent equipment, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $525 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 11 property armbands. Extra parking passes are $27 each.
