This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located at the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.

  Towards the end of our stay, the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak. I informed maintenance about the issue and nobody came to look at it. Other than that the stay was good.

  The unit had a beautiful view and all of the necessary amenities. However, the unit Was not clean overall. There was a lot of sand in the bed in the sheets and additionally there was sand all over tables and couches. It didn’t look like anyone had clean the floor, and most of the linens had stains as well. I also feel it is stringent to have a check in time of five and check out time of 9 AM. Most condos I have stayed in allow you to at least out until 10.
  As far as the property, it is still disappointing that the summit has not managed to address the issue of no swimming after dusk, and also has not managed to get a handle on elevator breakdowns.
