Our well-appointed 2 bedroom Summit Beach Resort condominiums are located on the corners of the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. These well-maintained units offer amazing gulf views & sunsets from the wrap-around beachfront balconies. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom, the 2nd bedroom offers a full size bed and twin bed, and their is another full bathroom located in the hallway. The living room also provides a queen size sofa sleeper, to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym with new & excellent equipment, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 7 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
